Up to date, it has categories of CAT5e, CAT6,CAT6A,CAT7,CAT7A and CAT8 with different of shielding & foiling. Ethernet cables are essentially twisted pairs, which are twisted by winding two insulated copper wires in a spiral manner to counteract electromagnetic interference (EMI) and ensure the stability of signal transmission. Its performance is strictly defined by international standards such as TIA/EIA-568, covering core parameters such as bandwidth, frequency, and anti-interference level.

-Poor quality wire: Copper clad aluminum (CCA), with a resistance 30% higher, prone to heating and causing interruption.
- Twist distance verification :
-The twisting distance of Cat5e cables should be ≤ 14mm, and the shorter the twisting distance, the stronger the anti-interference ability.
- Bandwidth measurement :
-Use the Fluke DSX-8000 tester to confirm that the return loss (RL) is greater than 20dB (Cat6 standard).
- Joint process :
-The gold plating thickness of the crystal head is ≥ 50 μ m, and the 8-core contacts are formed by one-time crimping without burrs.
