2. Applied analytical techniques for no-load loss. Using computer numerical analysis techniques to study and analyze the relationship between iron loss and material properties, as well as the distribution of iron loss and magnetic flux, in order to reduce this no-load loss of transformer.
3. Reduce the process coefficient. we think, The process loss coefficient is related to many factors such as the material of silicon steel sheets, whether the punching and shearing equipment is annealed, and the degree of clamping.
4. Improve the iron core structure. The iron core is not punched or tied with glass adhesive tape, and the end face is coated with curing paint. Interphase iron is tied with high-strength steel tape.
5. Reduce the size of the iron core window.
6. Design a resonance free iron core.
7. The use of coil core transformers and three-dimensional Tiexing transformers.
