What is an MV 90 Cable
MV 90 Cable, Aluminum or copper conductor, XLPE, EPR or TR-XLPE Insulation, Triple extrusion, PVC or LLDPE jacketed power cable , with a normal operation at 90C, referring to the standard of UL 1072, ICEA S-93-639/S-97-682 and AEIC CS8. It widely used in dozens of fields such as electrical utility power transmission & distribution system, transportation, metallurgy, petroleum and petrochemical, coal, shipbuilding, military industry, and renewable solar farm & wind farm projects.

Main Features & Applications of MV 90 Cable
MV90 cables are normally used for power transmission and are typically used in industrial & commerical buildings, and also widely used in renewable energy projects, solar & wind farm project and bit coin mining factories as well.
The MV 90 cable is designed to distribute power with a nominal voltage Uo/ranging from 5KV to 46KV and a frequency of 50Hz. The cables are made of stranded or compressed copper or aluminum conductors, and are shielded by a thermosetting triple extruded insulation system semiconductor conductor, XLPE/TR-XLPE/EPR insulation, and thermosetting semiconductor insulation. There are several metal shielding designs, including copper tape spiral applications, tape overlap, copper wire shielding, concentric neutrality, longitudinal application of corrugated copper tape and metal sheath, surrounded by fillers and grounding conductors, integral adhesive tape and integral PVC, low smoke halogen-free or LLDPE outer sheath, thus making this MV 90 cable have an excellent performance in sunlight & oil resistance.
