Our comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program is designed to ensure that all project–related activities, from procurements of raw materials and goods accpetance to fabrication, testing, shipping, installation & construction, and final commissioning or even operation & maintenance, fully comply with contractual requirements. We take the utmost care to procure and produce materials and workmanship of the highest quality so that the final installed product is fully operational and fit for the intended use. The program includes various elements, such as: – Procurement and procurement performance: We carefully assess the qualifications of all vendors who may provide materials and labor to ensure they meet our quality standards. The program also evaluates their performance throughout the procurements. – Document Control: We rigorously review and verify all applicable documents and paperwork to ensure compliance with contractual specifications and requirements. – Installation and Construction: Our program ensures proper sequencing of construction activities and reviews all work onsite to confirm that it adheres to the specified requirements. – Testing and Commissioning: We closely monitor and verify the various testing and commissioning activities necessary to ensure that all work has been successfully completed. Procurement and procurement performance
At PowerTel, we take great care to make sure all vendors that may provide materials or labor for our projects are thoroughly assessed in terms of their qualifications. Through this evaluation process, we determine that the vendors have the necessary skills, experience, and certifications to meet our stringent quality standards. In addition to this initial assessment, our procurement program takes further steps to ensure that vendor performance meets our expectations. We closely monitor all of our vendors’ activities throughout the entire procurement process, verifying that their services and materials conform to our policies and procedures. If at any time any vendors do not meet the required criteria, they will be replaced right away with an alternate supplier. By taking these measures, we maintain the highest standards of quality assurance for all of our procurements. We want to make sure that our customers experience an unsurpassed level of value and quality when they enter into a transaction with us.
Document Control
