The main reason is the short circuit caused by the surge protector, which causes the fuse to blow; and the root cause is wrong wire connection. at this time, you need to ask solar power contractor to change the fuse and surge protector.
Secondly, grounding fault
at this time, The inverter stops working or the AC circuit breaker in the grid connected distribution cabinet tripped. after the voltage testing, you can see, The connecting wire of a component in the middle of the photovoltaic string is connected to the photovoltaic bracket. It is possible that the insulation layer of the cable is damaged. The nominal open circuit voltage of the component is 40V. This photovoltaic string has a total of 9 components, and from the detected data, it may be the connection line between the 4th and 5th components and the bracket connection.
and its related solution is to heck the connection wires of the components, paying special attention to the areas where the connection wires come into contact with the bracket, and identify the wires that are connected to the bracket,
Thirdly, Breakage of solar panles
all kinds of factors caused the breakage of solar panels; The output current of photovoltaic modules decreases, reducing the system output power. and its associated solution is to ask engineers of solar power contractor to replace a new solar panel.
Fouth, Abnormal voltage level of solar string in an open circuit.
The output voltage of the photovoltaic array is too low, which reduces the output power of the system, and its further damage can cause component breakdown for a long time.
and its coresponsing solution is to Detect the open circuit voltage of each component in the string, identify the component with abnormal open circuit voltage, check its bypass diode, replace the diode if there is a problem, and replace the component if there is no problem with the diode.
Finally, combiner box and transformer was both burnt;
